Creative sound design and production elements. Very effective chord progression that allows for gripping melodies. Awesome vocal performance, both as a singer and as a rapper. Incredibly compelling and unique vocal delivery style, paired with a wonderful jazz-like sense of phrasing. Lyrics are observant and self-aware, more elevated than standard pop material, offering the listener a glimpse inside the writer's mind. Love the outro, has a beautifully fragile and hypnotic quality on that last empty verse. Amazing track all around, should do well with adult r&b and soul audiences. Stellar work on this one!
